Refund policy

14-day guarantee. If something's wrong with your order, email us within 14 days of delivery at leamingsam1@gmail.com with your order number.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item: Send us a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Didn't arrive: If tracking hasn't updated in 30 days, or it shows delivered but you didn't get it, contact us and we'll reship or refund.

Changed your mind: Contact us within 30 days of delivery. Unused items in original packaging can be returned for a refund of the item price. Return shipping is paid by the customer, and we'll email you the return address.

Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund before they ship (usually within 24 hours of ordering).

Refund timing: Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
